• Overall department employees management;

• Marketing tasks: strategy and business development;

• Legal compliance and contract drawing;

• Set strategic vision to nurture a positive, high-energy workplace culture creating a high level of employee trust and engagement;

• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback on a continuous basis, including trainings and personnel development;

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress;

• Development of Luxury segment products: end-to-end deals; Passport deals: end-to-end deals;

• Facilitate and play an active part in sales activities - mentor and assist team members in identifying and recruiting new customers in all service areas, leading by example;

• Monitoring, boosting and evaluating sales efforts made by the team;

• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;

• Database content monitoring;

• Real estate for long-term management (selection, agreements, conditions, negotiations);

• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability;

• Overall market research and analysis;

• Reporting: receiving and analyzing reports from employee in scope / creating the reports for shareholders;

• Relationship establishment with partners, developers, constructors, agencies etc.;

• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

• Monitoring and improvements of the website;

• Attendance of workshops and exhibitions.


• Oral and written fluency in English and Russian is a must (Greek would be considered a strong advantage);

• Proven track records in the Real Estate business;

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team;

• Outstanding communication skills (Verbal & Written) and people skills;

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task, as well as establish priorities;

• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment;

• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership;

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;

• Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
