Description

MindByte Communciations is an international b2b agency working on behalf of international healthcare associations and congresses.

Due to a new project we would like to expand our team. We are looking for an Office Manager in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

Office management and reception work, meeting and greeting visitors

Organising and maintaining a filing system, follow up with administrative tasks

Providing assistance and cooperating regarding European healthcare events and publications

Attendance at global events on the healthcare management

Conference preparation: marketing and publication materials

Production: print production follow-up and control

Profile:

Undergraduate university degree

Excellent English (native or near-native level); other languages an asset

Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

An interest in management issues

Computer literacy

Highly motivated and a willing and flexible worker

Excellent organisational skills

Enjoys working in an international environment
