• Working closely with the senior management and finance executives in delivering the objectives and timetable for all corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax and regulatory/compliance functions.

• Performing all payroll functions / Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 60 employees and performing deductions as required by the company and by the law, as well as handle issues with Tax and Social Insurance Departments.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts.

• Liaising and coordinating with the external auditors for the preparation of the annual financial statements.

• Oversee, supervise and assist the bookkeeping team.

• Preparation of any reports as required by the Company.

• Performing any other activity or task assigned by the management from time to time.


• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of SAP Business One accounting software and Payroll One will be considered as an advantage.

• Fluency in both English & Greek (Verbal & Written).

• Computer literate with experience in using accounting software and databases, especially advanced MS Excel skills and use of formulas.

• Be able to work independently and take initiatives where needed.

• Dynamic, results oriented individual, team player, problem solving and operating with speed and accuracy.
